Product Description
1. Higher autoimmunization. No need manual feeding of pattern plate; Available to set up to PLC automatic control; Largely reducing the labor intensity of the workers.
2. Reasonable design. All the transmitting system is of mechanical driving so that it is durable in use and convenient in maintenance.
3. Stable performance. Due to vertical vibration and converter brake .the after shock on machine can be eliminated at once.
4. Higher product density. There are double vibrators on the beam of the pressure head, which can make pressing from the bottom and top with strong vibrations. So, after shaping, the blocks can be piled up(to 4-5).
5. Less error. The quality tolerance of the finished product is 0.5mm, with hollow percentage over40%.
6. Multifunction in one machine. With different moulds, it can be used for producing the wall blocks with different shapes and sizes.
